As a key member of the operational support team, you will contribute to the foundational accuracy and efficiency of daily business functions. Your work will directly impact the reliability of operational workflows, ensuring that critical data is managed with precision and that processes run smoothly. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of operational excellence that our client upholds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute essential daily operational workflows, encompassing precise data entry, meticulous recordkeeping, and thorough review and validation activities.

* Monitor and track daily operational metrics and activities, providing clear and concise reports to leadership to inform decision-making.

* Perform daily reconciliation of operational workflows, ensuring data consistency and identifying discrepancies swiftly.

* Undertake diverse operational tasks as delegated, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 3-5 years of professional experience in an operational or analytical role.

* Proven expertise in data management, with a strong understanding of data integrity and processing.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities to identify patterns and ensure accuracy.

* A self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative and working independently.

* Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and protocols effectively.

* Experience thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience within the financial services industry.
