**The Opportunity**

As a key individual contributor, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of participant communications, particularly those impacted by evolving regulatory landscapes. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale projects, ensuring clarity and compliance in how vital financial information is conveyed. You will serve as a critical link between regulatory requirements and accessible, engaging participant experiences, directly contributing to financial literacy and security.

**What You'll Do**

* **Strategic Regulatory Communication:** Develop comprehensive strategies and project plans to manage the impact of regulatory changes on participant communications, education, and experiences, navigating complex plan variations and delivery channels.

* **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Act as a primary marketing liaison, providing frequent updates and fostering collaboration across diverse teams including legal, compliance, digital, and production partners to ensure timely implementation of communication plans.

* **Participant-Centric Design:** Leverage a deep understanding of participant experiences to inform and shape communications, ensuring regulatory changes are presented clearly and effectively.

* **New Feature Rollouts:** Lead the discovery, messaging strategy, and rollout of communications for new retirement plan features, translating complex offerings into digestible information.

* **Content Management & Optimization:** Oversee the programming of communications within technology platforms and continuously seek opportunities for efficiency and scalability in content delivery.

* **Subject Matter Expertise:** Serve as the go-to marketing expert for regulatory issues, including key acts like the SECURE Act, ensuring all communications are accurate and compliant.

* **Project Execution Excellence:** Drive the execution of communication updates for various provisions (e.g., Required Minimum Distributions, Long-Term Part-Time, Roth Match), from scoping and impact assessment to compliance review and final distribution.

* **Data & Infrastructure Integration:** Lead data requests and act as a liaison with data and platform teams to ensure communication logic and infrastructure (e.g., updates to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and content management platforms) support evolving needs.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)**

* Minimum of 6+ years of integrated B2C marketing communications experience.

* Proven experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry, with a focus on retirement plan services and/or workplace benefits.

* Demonstrated ability to seamlessly transition between high-level strategic thinking and meticulous management of execution details.

* A visionary, innovative problem-solver who can define compelling future visions and develop breakthrough ideas.

* Relentless curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement, constantly challenging the status quo.

* Exceptional project management skills, capable of running large, high-responsibility projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

* Strong ability to connect regulatory minutiae with the broader communication strategy.

* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

* Excellent writing and editing skills.
