Full-Time Debt Capital Markets Analyst Program: The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts' potential during their early professional years by providing the foundational knowledge, skills, and hands-on transaction experiences that will last a professional lifetime. As a Debt Capital Markets Analyst, you will support senior members of the Loan Syndications team in the origination, structuring, pricing, marketing, and execution of syndicated (multi-bank) credit facilities. Analysts play a critical role in transaction execution and gain broad exposure to credit markets and lender behavior. Key Responsibilities Include:
Throughout the program, Analysts gain exposure to market trends, loan documentation, lender engagement and transaction execution, while developing strong analytical, communication and project-management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
