POSITION SUMMARY: Orthopaedic Residency Program EDUCATION: None Special Skills/Qualifications * Current and Valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS Certification. * Standard Precautions. * Keyboard Skills. * Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to detail. * Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. * Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. * Ability to communicate and interact with relevant departments within the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members in accordance with Valley's SERVE and CARE standards. * Ability to interact with patients in stressful situations and changing work environments related to changing patient needs* APTA Membership, including Orthopedic Section Membership, required prior to onset of the residency program.
