Associate Event Manager - The Collective

About the Role
Think of yourself as the orchestrator of unforgettable experiences! As an Associate Event Manager with The Collective (our ever-evolving, high-energy creative agency arm), you'll dive into planning and executing jaw-dropping events across the globe. You'll work side-by-side with some of the best in the business, learning the ropes while putting your project management chops to the test. If fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving, and turning ideas into "wow" moments excite you-this is your stage.

You're Good At



  • Building strong relationships and earning trust with clients and teammates.
  • Juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Thinking on your feet and pivoting when plans change (as they sometimes do!).
  • Coordinating logistics like a pro-from timelines to budgets to onsite execution.
  • Embracing event tech tools to make planning smooth and seamless.


You Might Also Have



  • Experience working onsite at events in various roles.
  • Knowledge of registration platforms or mobile event apps.
  • Familiarity with Cvent and other industry tech solutions.
  • A background in hospitality, event planning, or hotel operations.
  • A knack for creative details that take guest experiences from great to incredible.


You Should Know



  • This role operates on Eastern or Central Standard Time.
  • This role requires up to 50% travel annually.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Associate Event Manager is between $55,000 - $72,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
