NC Route (2nd shift)

NC Route - 2nd Shift

Job Purpose:

Performs all NC Route functions required in a PCB Manufacturing Environment

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must be able to operate Excellon and Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-ray equipment and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment
• Must be able to run NC Route equipment both in manual and automatic mode.
• Must be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required and have the ability to handle delicate components.
• Must be able to load and unload materials.

Education & Experience:

• 2-4 years experience in Routing operations is required.
• PCB/PWB manufacturing. experience is required.
• Must have good communication skills .
• Must understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
• Must be available to work overtime as necessary.

Salary Range (annual) : $43,680 - $52,000.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
