As the Account Manager, you will serve as a part of the growth community with experience successfully driving year-over-year revenue growth from clients through the effective development and delivery of successfulprogramand management of complex situations. You have developed close relationships with clients and are growing as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.

Whatyou'llbe doing

Great Work



  • Own event projects and work streams, oversee profitability and provide ongoing status updates to Account Director and/or client lead
  • Manage event project process from opportunity brief to strategy development to creative through execution.
  • Ensure that appropriate measurement metrics are in place to meet client's business needs
  • Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status/action items, including project change notifications.
  • Represent client's business point of view and needs to internal teams
  • Establish relationship with client as trusted business partner and work to establish a programmatic relationship with future projects/ workstreams
  • Support Jack account and financial leadership with financial reporting and future projections


Grow Business



  • Identifyincremental organic growth opportunities with clients and guide the development, writing and presentation of proposals for these opportunities including scopes of work,schedulesand staffing plans.
  • Demonstrate a consultative leadership approach to client relationships, bringing a clear point of view, business acumen, and a strong understanding of clients' businesses to shape effective solutions.
  • Drive effective solutions forclient(s)by understanding their industry,organizationand business issues.
  • Represent the agency, effectively communicating and selling agency ideas and recommending solutions.
  • Support new business process and owns development of capabilities decks and case studies.
  • Travel domestically, and sometimes internationally, as needed to onsite events.

  • While this role has no direct reports, must be able to delegate to, coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all programs
  • Build relationships with mid-level to senior clients

  • 4 years of client management and events experience (agency account experience and/or live events management experience)
  • Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize requests for multiple team members and self
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills required
  • Must have problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse perspectives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines is necessary
  • Maintains composure under pressure and feels comfortable juggling different priorities

The salary range for this position is from $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
