ABOUT THE ROLE The HR continuous improvement manager is responsible for designing, standardizing and continuously improving enterprise -wide talent management processes. The role partners closely with HR, Business leaders, and HRIT to build scalable operating models for performance management, succession planning and leadership development. This role requires strong capability in process design, coaching, HR systems, change management and data driven decisions support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
