The Manager, Strategic Planning plays a critical role in translating senior leadership vision into execution across AccuWeather's enterprise. This role requires strong business judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a bias toward action. Working closely with the CEO and Founder, this individual will help ensure that the company's highest-priority initiatives move from idea to outcome with clarity, accountability, and speed.

This is a business role for someone who thrives in complexity, simplifies decisions, and takes ownership for results. It is not a project management, administrative, or process-heavy operations role.

  • Exceptional operating experience may substitute for formal MBA training, provided the bar is met
