The Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations is a leadership role responsible for driving strategic clarity, operational rigor, and enterprise alignment across Milliken's global marketing organization. This role translates marketing vision into actionable plans, scalable operating models, and disciplined execution,ensuring marketing investments accelerate brand strength, customer impact, and revenue growth. As a trusted partner to the CMO and senior marketing leaders, you will lead marketing planning, operating cadence, and shared services governance, enabling teams to focus on the highest-value work and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will build the systems, processes, and capabilities that allow Product Marketing and Marketing Shared Services tooperateas a cohesive, high-performing engine,balancing enterprise consistency withStrategic Business Unit (SBU)flexibility.
