What You Will Be Doing:

As a Construction Manager you will provide oversight for large and multiple smaller projects concurrently on construction activities to assure their compliance with the project plans and specifications, manage internal contracts and construction aspects of project delivery including - assisting in preparing the proper project documentation, preparing revisions to construction documents or bulletin drawings, preparing and reviewing as-built site information, assist with proposals, cost estimating, and client outreach, as well as reviewing work orders, change orders, and contractor payments. In this role you will also oversee, direct, and coordinates workload and staffing needs for a team of field staff including construction technicians, surveyors, interns, and seasonal staff.

What We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Exceptional interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
  • Exemplary time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and their own transportation
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds while walking through rough terrain
  • Prefer CAD experience
