In this role, you'll coordinate daily packaging operations, support a team of material packers, and ensure that every product leaving the floor meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency. What You'll Do

As the Packaging Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of packaging activities across your shift, including:

• Overseeing packaging workflow and supporting hourly and temporary team members
• Monitoring all jobs for defects, quality issues, and proper SOP compliance
• Verifying SAP materials and documentation accuracy
• Coordinating quality checks, hourly pulls, and QC testing
• Ensuring team members rotate positions at appropriate intervals
• Supporting fair and efficient scheduling, breaks, and overtime distribution
• Printing labels, maintaining pallet flags, and keeping clear communication across shifts
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and promoting continuous improvement
• Troubleshooting production issues and keeping operations on track
• Fostering teamwork, accountability, and a culture of urgency and excellence

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or similar environment (preferred)
• Ability to coach, motivate, and build a positive team culture
• Strong communication during and between shift transitions
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-moving production environment where:

• Temperatures may exceed 90F
• Humidity may exceed 80%
• Noise levels may exceed 85 dB
• PPE is required
• Exposure to moving equipment is expected
