Join the Baker Hughes - BRUSH Power Generation Team as a Field Service Coordinator, supporting the coordination and deployment of our Field Service operations across the Americas. You will play a key role in ensuring ourmanpower, scheduling, and project readiness align with business and customer needs.

As an Americas Field Service Winding Engineer, you willbe responsible for:

• Maintain and update the Field Service Schedule, ensuring mobilization and demobilization dates align with quotations and project timelines.

• Coordinatemanpowerallocation to all active and upcoming projects foroptimalutilization.

• Collaborate with Project Managers andother departmentsto confirmmanpowerrequestsand site requirements are met.

• Identifyinternal and external resource gaps, first consulting regional or European Field Service teams, and then subcontractors as needed.

• Work with Project Managers to ensure visas, site access, safety trainings, and compliance requirements are fulfilled before mobilization.

• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Field Service Managementtoassistwith daily operations and new hire onboarding.

• Support the Field Service Manager during absences, acting as deputy tomaintainoperational continuity.

• Track, monitor, and report Field Service project status,utilization, andmanpowerforecasts weekly.

• Collaborate with HSE and Compliance teams tomaintaincorporate safety standards and personnel qualifications.

• Assistin forecastingmanpowerdemand for upcoming outages and inspections.

• Maintain coordination between Sales, Project Management, Logistics, and Engineering teams for smooth handover and execution.

• Support FSEs during execution by resolving logistical or administrative issues.

• Maintain internal records and documentation related to personnel assignments and job tracking systems (Workday, SharePoint,Etc).

• Promote BRUSH/Baker Hughes values, professionalism, and customer focus in all interactions.

Fuel Your Passion:

To be successful in this role you willhave:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience in Field Service operations.

• 3-5 years of experience in field service coordination, scheduling, ormanpowerplanning.

• Knowledge of generator or rotating equipment services preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracleor SAP preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple departments and time zones.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Fluency in Englishrequired,Portuguese or Spanish a plus.

Our Americas team is growing to support the demand in theregion,and this includes a hub in Houston and Brazil that will support our growing demand for more Field Service Engineers.
