Job Title. Cybersecurity Engineer (SSH Key) Duration: 6 months Location: remote Team/Position Overview: Shortcoming in SSH program that was developed SSH used but not managed and tracked as a solution. Need someone who understands Private and Public SSH Cert Cryptography Manage expiration dates, issuing, monitoring, etc. Buying a product to do and will not No current Key management system yet Essential Functions: Design, build, and implement an enterprise SSH key management program, including key generation, distribution, and revocation Develop and maintain SSH key management policies, procedures, and standards Collaborate with teams to integrate SSH key management with existing infrastructure and systems Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for SSH key management Monitor, report on, and enhance the performance of the SSH key management system Provide technical incident response and problem management for SSH-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve SSH connectivity and authentication issues Develop and maintain technical documentation for SSH key management, including procedures, diagrams, and knowledgebase articles Analyze and present data on SSH key management metrics and performance to stakeholders Must Have: Min EDU: Related bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Min EMP: 4 Years Exp 2 yrs CybeSec 2 yrs IT infrastructure Required Certificates: Cybersecurity Engineer Defense and Threat Operations: SSCP Cybersecurity Engineer Enterprise Cybersecurity Services: SSCP Broad knowledge of SSH certs Experience with Key management systems such as Hashicorp 's Vault, AWS Key Management Service or similar Ability to write Python really needed Familiar with Linux/Unix Systems Nice to Have: Enterprise key management systems such as PKI, KMS, or similar Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and HIPPA Scripting or app development exp Position is offered by a no fee agency.
