Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor recreation, coupled with a strong sales background and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, showcasing our products, and closing sales to meet targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business while actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels
• Conduct product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our product lines and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate playground solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and services.

Requirements

• Proven high-volume sales experience
• Project management/Installation/Construction experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
