Project Leader
Manages Medium & larger IT projects. 6 Month to Multiple Year Projects from $50,000 to 1,000,000 in budget. Assist in reviewing project proposal or plan to help determine time frame and procedures for accomplishing project. Carry out established work plan for each phase of project; prepare status reports and distribute to involved parties. Management, tracking and reporting of project financials. Manage project scope through change control. Promote excellence in quality and customer service through work performed individually as well as within the department as a whole.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
* 5+ years project management experience or demonstration of project management skills
* 5-7 years overall business experience
* Experience in vendor management of purchased applications & contract onsite & offshore development teams.
* Solid understanding of current technologies in area of expertise
* Strong analysis, design, and implementation experience with technologies
* Experience in SQL and Microsoft platforms is a must.
* Understanding of how to leverage applications for project advantage
* Good verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in setting and managing customer expectations
* Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
* Solid project experience with ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the Moving, Transportation, or Logistics Industry is a plus

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent, related project management experience
* Project management training/certification

* Position Title: Project Leader
* Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 USD
* Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or part-time employees.

Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
