CLOTHING FOR POSITIVE CHANGE (C4PC)

From the farm to the factory to our closets, we all have an opportunity to create positive change through clothing as we work to fundamentally change the way clothing is made.

Do you want to join a team committed to creating positive change in the world through the C4PC movement?

Consider prAna, where you can transcend the current trends and demand more from your wardrobe and your employer; where you can help an enthusiastic and loyal audience celebrate the outdoors and their own unique style; and where you can help lessen our impact on the planet and its people every day.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We're seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to build prAna's modern data foundation and deliver trusted, actionable insights across the business. You'll drive the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Data & Analytics solutions-leading data engineering and modeling, establishing governance, and building a highimpact Power BI portfolio. Experience with Databricks is required. Familiarity with SAP data & analytics is preferred but not mandatory; we value strong data leadership and the ability to learn our ERP environment.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Architect scalable data pipelines and models on Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake), establishing standards for ingestion, transformation, and performance.
  • Own prAna's Power BI portfolio: semantic models, certified datasets, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and governance (RLS, workspace standards).
  • Define and operationalize the analytics operating model: request intake, SLAs, data quality scorecards, and stewardship with business partners.
  • Translate merchandising, marketing, finance, and DTC questions into data products that drive decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Champion selfservice analytics and data literacy; coach teams to interpret insights and tell clear data stories.
  • Evaluate tools, patterns, and backlog priorities; lead delivery with pace while balancing scalability and maintainability.
  • (Preferred) Partner on SAP data integrations and analytics; map ERP structures to BI models and establish masterdata alignment.

YOU ARE

  • A builder of modern data foundations with a product mindset for analytics.
  • A clear communicator who aligns executives and practitioners around definitions, standards, and outcomes.
  • Curious and adaptable-able to learn new platforms (ERP) quickly and connect data to business value.
  • Outcomeoriented, balancing speed with rigor and longterm scalability.
  • Collaborative and skilled at influencing crossfunctional teams.

YOU HAVE

  • 7+ years in data analytics/BI/data engineering; 2+ years leading teams or programs.
  • Handson experience with Microsoft Data & Analytics solutions: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, semantic layer, governance).
  • Strong SQL and dimensional modeling; proven delivery of enterprise dashboards/KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, security, lineage, and data quality practices.
  • (Preferred) Exposure to SAP analytics (e.g., S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAC) or similar ERP analytics environments.
