Social Worker MSW -Care Management

Job Summary

Reporting to the Social Work Supervisor, the Clinical Social Worker provides direct and indirect social work services to patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • Masters in Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
• Experience
  • Hospital experience required
  • Knowledge of psycho-social implications of illness and disease on individual and family systems.
• Licensure and/or Certification
  • LCSW required
  • LICSW preferred
• Skills
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology.
  • Ability to work in a team framework.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Computer skills required
