Pay Range: $22.23 -$26.43

In Person Full Time/Day Shift

The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and ensures smooth, professional front-office operations. This role is responsible for overseeing reception services, calendar and meeting coordination, mail and deliveries, office supply inventory, vendor relationships, security and access procedures, and day-to-day administrative support for office team members. The Front Office Coordinator consistently models Front Porch values in every interaction with residents, team members, partners, and the broader community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The duties listed below are considered essential to the successful performance of this position, as defined by Front Porch. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future and may also be considered essential to the role:

* Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.

* Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; provide accurate information and respond to inquiries.

* Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and support meeting logistics.

* Prepare, process, and maintain administrative paperwork, records, and filing systems in an organized manner.

* Set up conference rooms in preparation for meetings, including A/V equipment and refreshments.

* Order meals for departments as needed and provide logistical support for internal meetings, events, and projects.

* Maintain the employee coffee bar and coffee machines on a daily basis.

* Ensure the front office is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.

* Receive, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, courier services).

* Communicate effectively with office team members, vendors, and visitors to support smooth daily operations.

* Relay messages and information promptly and accurately.

* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests.

* Address inquiries and issues professionally; escalate concerns as appropriate to maintain service standards.

* Perform all other related duties as assigned.
