Cottage Health seeks an Administrative Director, Business Development & Strategy responsible for driving strategic growth and business development for the health system by leveraging data driven insights, financial analysis, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and optimize service line performance. The position is responsible for developing business cases, forecasting trends, and identifying new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and affiliations. Acting as a key member of the strategic planning team, this role ensures alignment between enterprise goals and operational initiatives, translating complex analytics into actionable strategies that support long-term financial sustainability and mission objectives. Major accountabilities include:

The role fosters strong relationships with physicians, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance referral networks, employer engagement, and direct-to-consumer solutions.

It oversees programs such as bundled care and destination services, ensuring operational coordination, compliance, and measurable outcomes in revenue growth, referral development, and capacity utilization.

Through collaboration, marketing, and innovative contracting models, this position advances the health system's competitive position while improving community health and patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Healthcare.

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Years of Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum: Five (5) years of management experience and demonstrated understanding of programmatic development and deployment. Required to demonstrate deep physician and employer relationship development.
