Job Summary We are currently hiring a Solutions Architect for our Project Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a critical partner, shaping the outsourced solutions that project solutions creates, sells, and delivers to our clients. This role will collaborate with sales, delivery, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and innovative solutions that address clients' individual challenges. This role is essential in the seamless integration of our solutions into the client's workplace, enabling the successful delivery of customized outsourced solutions. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Sales Support: In support of designated sales teams, meet with clients to assess needs and develop proposals that help clients achieve their business goals.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with sales, clients, and internal company teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the solution development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices, company processes and industry standards.
- Architecture Development: Develop and maintain solution architecture blueprints, documentation, and design patterns to guide the implementation of all proposed solutions.
- Client Presentations: Deliver presentations to key prospects and clients, and through on-line and face-to-face contact, shares information on Project Solutions capabilities and services.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting in the translation of business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Competencies Competencies we value for this role include: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a workforce solutions or related industry. Proficiency in solution design methodologies, architectural patterns, and enterprise integration. Minimum 5 years' experience supporting sales efforts for services. Minimum of 2 years working in a contract services or outsourcing environment. Expert knowledge of Statement of Work process and experience with a variety of IT-based platforms, technologies, and services. Culture The Staffmark Group experience is more than just a job:
