Description

The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for delivering enterprise initiatives on time, with clear ownership and transparency. PMO team members partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining broad exposure to the business while building repeatable execution practices that support long-term growth.

The Enterprise Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives by providing coordination, execution discipline, and project visibility across the organization. This role enables Enterprise Project Managers by maintaining project hygiene, tracking commitments, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely project information.

The Enterprise Project Coordinator plays a critical role in helping the organization scale by ensuring projects are executed with consistency, transparency, and follow-through.













Primary



Execution Coordination & Follow-Through



* Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications across stakeholders

* Track action items, commitments, and deadlines to ensure follow-through

* Support timely resolution of dependencies and handoffs across teams



Project Data & Documentation Management



* Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and records throughout the project lifecycle

* Ensure project data is current, consistent, and accessible

* Support project closeout documentation and lessons learned



Reporting & Visibility



* Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards

* Ensure consistency and accuracy of project reporting

* Support portfolio-level visibility and executive reporting needs





PMO Standards & Tool Support



* Support adoption and adherence to PMO standards, templates, and tools



* Maintain project management systems and data integrity



* Assist with onboarding and training on PMO processes and tools as needed



Operational Support & Capacity Enablement



* Reduce the administrative and coordination burden on Enterprise Project Managers



* Reduce administrative and coordination burden on Enterprise Project Managers

* Assist with special initiatives, escalations, or ad-hoc requests as assigned



Perform other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:



  • Associate's, Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
    Experience supporting cross-functional teams preferred
    * Experience in manufacturing, operations, or enterprise environments is a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient knowledge and business use of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with project management or tracking tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar preferred)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with a sense of urgency and navigate through deadlines
  • Skills: Organizational and planning skills, including detailed documentation and scheduling. Critical thinking and the ability to adapt to and overcome obstacles.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in Product Development projects
  • Takes initiative to bring forward new ideas to improve processes and programs


Travel may be required based on project needs (up to 10-25%)
