Field Service Engineer (160337)

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Skills and experience
* Experience in field service activities would be an advantage.
* Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software. * Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
* Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
* Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics is plus

You will be part of our customer center in Taichung. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Taiwan (TW).
