Your Role Operational buyer should have ownership for all kind of purchasing material issues and positive attitude to resolve constraints which result in line down or minimize its impact. And actively to contribute to reach PC inventory target. Main Responsibilities: 1.PO management for standard vendors: from creation to closure (not GR) 2.Ensuring the correct components are available in the right quantity and the appropriate time and location 3.Follow up operational excellence initiatives with vendors e.g. lead times, ordering cycles 4.Follow up Capacity VS demand management 5.Internal communication of potential risk on stock outs 6.Phase in/out management (stock levels, PO's...) 7.Inventory management: adjust delivery of open orders according to demand and safety stock set up 8.PO/invoice match: investigation of qty/price deviation. Resolving qty deviations. Education level Bachelor degree Core competence 1.Inventory: Able to idenifty the top influencing parts through 20/80 rules to put focus on high value materials and to proactively optimize the inventory level (lotsizing, safety stock levels, managing the delivery scheduele) 2.ERP management: Being able to process fully the daily operations day to day. 3.Vendor management: Being able to perform a demand vs capacity comparsion for high potential risk materials. Basic understanding of the product porfolio and the related challenges/risks. Common competence 1.Commuincation: Practical experience in applying communication skills, involves speaking and listening.Practice active listening to understand colleagues better.Written communication needs to be concise, organized, and professional. 2.Team work: Members apply their unique talents to team objectives. Practice transparent communication between team members. Provide support their colleagues in order to achieve team success. 3.Risk management: Individuals can identify potential risks in procurement processes and understand the importance of assessing and mitigating these risks. They are familiar with basic risk management principles and can apply simple risk assessment techniques.
