Aerospace Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) is the organization within Keysight responsible for engaging with A/D customers to define and deliver test solutions that meet their requirements. We seek long-term partner relationships to enable success for our customers and establish Keysight as the dominant provider of A/D test solutions, which include test systems, switch matrices, and SW solutions.

As the ADCS Engineering Manager you will play an essential role in driving continued success for our employees, customers, and business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of program / project managers, systems and software engineers who are responsible for driving A/D test solution projects from design to delivery and support (the solution lifecycle).

• Work closely with the ADCS Operations Manager to ensure all projects are completed on time and to deliver high quality products.

• Review and optimize the tools and process used across the engineering team to ensure consistency throughout all projects and disciplines and to meet quality, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Position the organization for further growth and ensure that processes and tools can scale with the organization
• Ensure that a structure is in place to enable personnel development.

• Manage resources across the PMO Team and engineering organization to ensure projects are staffed appropriately.
• Work cross functionally with ADCS management to ensure projects have the appropriate support, escalations are actively addressed, and the right priorities / trade-offs are taken.
• Attend and actively participate in proposal reviews as a key stakeholder to ensure incoming deals are achievable.
• Responsible for ADCS projects hitting revenue and GM goals.
• Drive strong customer focus during all phases of the solution lifecycle.

hold themselves and others accountable for clear and reasonable objectives

• BS or MS degree in engineering is required plus 5 years of experience as first or second level manager
• Demonstrated strong management and
  leadership skills in implementing
  program/organization strategies
• 10+ years of project management and leadership experience
• 10+ years in practical engineering experience and working knowledge of RF and test systems
• Experience working with customers is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, MS Project
• Based on customer requirements, and interactions with the DOD, US Citizen status is required for this position
• Ability to obtain US security clearance is required

Pay is based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Colorado pay range: MIN $178,110 - MAX $296,850

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
