Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Specialist ready to make a significant impact on high-profile live sports campaigns? We are seeking a Contingent Worker to join our team during a critical, high-volume sports period. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate launch of key outbound marketing campaigns by managing complex, manual execution steps that precede full automation. Your expertise will be vital to the success of campaigns involving critical events like the NFL, ensuring no deprioritization during peak periods.

This role involves the meticulous setup, data ingestion, and quality assurance of outbound marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in managing the manual steps required to launch these campaigns, from sourcing specific game-specific targeting identifiers (GTIs) to ensuring flawless delivery and presentation across various platforms. Your work directly supports the team in delivering critical live content campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Support the execution of critical upcoming manual live sports campaigns using outbound marketing strategies.
  • Actively source, validate, and ingest event-specific targeting identifiers (GTIs) into internal marketing and data tools (e.g., LENS, Herald, Sonar).
  • Conduct thorough, rigorous quality assurance (QA) across various devices and platforms to ensure optimal campaign presentation and accurate audience targeting.
  • Manage and track multiple concurrent campaign calendars and execution schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision for live event launches.
  • Operate and configure internal campaign management tools (e.g., LENS, Herald, Sonar) to facilitate setup and execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Participate actively in weekly and monthly team meetings, contributing updates and coordination insights.


**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or campaign execution.

* Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, BRAZE).

* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, track calendars, and meet strict live-event deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) in campaign deployment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within the streaming industry or with content/e-commerce merchandising

* An MBA is considered a plus.
