GENERAL FUNCTION

VisionWeb is seeking an SME-RCM Senior Manager (job title: RCM Account Manager) who is detailed, proactive and determined to join our team. This position is responsible for building lasting relationships with eye care professionals and assist in driving sales growth and brand recognition with our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division. As an expert about Optometric RCM, you will actively ensure member service levels are of the highest quality, assist with the company vision of nation-wide success, inform the industry through education, and deliver the value our service.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing



  • Partner with the marketing team to develop RCM content for education, and articles
  • Lead speaking engagements, events, and webinars to help generate leads
  • Develop and present RCM education to practices


Sales



  • Serve as the subject matter expert for RCM
  • Participate on calls with the sales representatives to describe the RCM process
  • Work with customers directly to address any issues and questions post, during, and after sales process
  • Work with the Partner and Alliance Manager to discuss RCM needs from alliances
  • Act as the liaison between sales and operations departments
  • Contribute towards overall RCM sales teams goals by helping the sales team members nurture, close and successfully implement new customers
  • Support VisionWeb's Strategic Account Manager with Enterprise level sales work private equity
  • Continuing education and industry certifications to be up to date on latest industry optometric billing trends
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 2+ sales experience required
  • 4+ RCM experience required
  • Public speaking
  • Proficient in writing
  • Travel requirements- 25-30%
  • Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented, problem solver/analytical, flexible, and self-motivated
  • Ability to make decisions based on industry regulations and company policy
  • Ability to work across departments



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Optical industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
