Your Role as a Machine Operator
As a Machine Operator at Pursuit Aerospace, you will be a vital part of our production team, ensuring that our precision-machined components meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on position for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the success of a top-tier manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and/or EDM machinery.
• Performing in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height stands, and indicators).
• Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and restocking materials, to ensure optimal performance.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work effectively during your required shift.
• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
