Description Essential Functions: Able to interpret production documentation including order forms, customer's special instructions, and inspect the product to insure it was performed. Able to perform a final audit of inspect using quality standard and review with operator if needed. Or informing the supervisor for further instructions. Able to assemble kits. Able to order stock when levels are low to insure, we don't run out. Visually inspects material during the assembly process to prevent defects and scrap Responsible for quality of assembled product prior to and including their workstation Properly scam barcodes assemble shipping box for shipping product. Assists with training of others Strict compliance to FDA and ISO control standards and record keeping Adheres to all safety policies Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in accordance with 5 S principles Complete all required training applicable to assigned position Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent Basic math skills Ability to use a tape measure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours Bending, twisting and/or squatting may be required Demonstrated flexibility in attitude and willingness to work in all areas as needed Demonstrated ability to understand and follow work instructions Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work overtime with little or no notice Ability to be cross trained Effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of quality standards to apply visual inspection Knowledge of proper problem-solving skills Must have thorough understanding of quality systems and their relationship to job performance including ISO Overview, corrective/preventative actions and work instructions Must have physical ability and manual dexterity necessary to perform the duties pertaining to job An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer -M/F/Disabled/Vet
