Chemonics seeks a Country Programs Technical Specialist for the USG Portfolio under the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The Country Programs Technical Specialist supports the implementation of Systems Support initiatives across GHSC-PSM country programs. Working under the guidance of the Country Programs Technical Support Advisor, the Specialist contributes to cross-country collaboration, data management, and technical coordination efforts. This role is ideal for a professional seeking to grow in global health supply chain management, with opportunities for mentorship and skill development in technical assistance, data visualization, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
*Assists implementing time-bound Systems Support initiatives across GHSC-PSM country programs.
*Support cross-country collaboration efforts by documenting lessons learned and facilitating knowledge sharing.
*Contribute to the activities of the Country Programs Warehousing and Distribution Working Group, including meeting coordination and documentation.
*Collect, clean and organize country-level technical data to support decision-making and reporting.
*Maintain and update tools, trackers, and dashboards for monitoring technical performance and risk mitigation.
*Draft technical briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
*Provide logistical and administrative support and leadership to country project support teams and country offices.
*Participate in and oversee internal coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
*Receive mentorship and guidance from the Advisor to build technical and professional capacity.
*Perform other duties as assigned to support GHSC-PSM country programs.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in public health, supply chain management, international development, or a related field.
*Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in global health, supply chain, or international development.; staff supervisory and mentorship experience required
*Command of critical project management skills, including budget management, contractual and procurement compliance, client relations and knowledge of client, and personnel management.
*Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
*Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience supporting USAID-funded projects.
*Exposure to GHSC-PSM systems and tools.
*Fluency in French or Portuguese is a plus.

The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $65,100 - $81,400.

An employee's pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.

Overtime exemption status may change due to state regulatory requirements.
