Chemonics seeks a Country Programs Technical Support Advisor for the USG Portfolio under the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The Country Programs Technical Support Advisor (Advisor) plays a key role in supporting the Country Programs Manager and the Technical Excellence Coordination Group (TEG) to implement actionable incremental improvements to selected Systems Support activities across all countries where GHSC-PSM delivers commodities. Key initiatives will be defined in close consultation with Country Programs Leadership and the client. The Advisor also takes a leadership role in coordinating across countries to ensure data visibility for decision-making, including maintaining and creating tools, systems, and processes for continued and sustainable tracking of key country technical information. This includes serving as co-lead of the Country Programs Warehousing and Distribution Working Group. Finally, the Advisor supports country project support teams and country offices as needed. The individual should be skilled in client communications, data visualizations, and available to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
*Lead the implementation of targeted time-bound Systems Support initiatives across GHSC-PSM country programs, ensuring alignment with global best practices and donor expectations.
*Facilitate cross-country collaboration to harmonize technical approaches and share lessons learned across GHSC-PSM-supported countries-especially as it relates to mitigating risk of leakage and non-conformance with standard norms and best practices. This includes actively identifying and engaging technical leaders across GHSC-PSM globally.
*Co-lead the Country Programs Warehousing and Distribution Working Group, fostering technical dialogue, continuous improvement, and risk management and mitigation.
*Lead efforts to improve data visibility and integrity across countries to support strategic and operational decision-making.
*Design, maintain, and enhance tools, systems, and processes for sustainable tracking of key technical information.
*Develop dashboards, trackers, and visualizations to support real-time monitoring, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
*Prepare and submit technical reports, briefs, and presentations to GHSD and other stakeholders as requested.
*Support country project support teams and country offices as needed.
*Provide supervision and mentorship to the Country Programs Technical Specialist, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
*Perform other responsibilities as required to support the success of GHSC-PSM country programs and technical initiatives.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in public health, supply chain management, international development, or related field.
*Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including experience advising, managing, and supervising matrixed teams.
*Previous project leadership experience managing program activities and leading a team.
*Demonstrated leadership, management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
*Operates at advanced levels of authority and controls significant activities, budgets, and resources to produce and take responsibility for results.
*Leads effective meetings and demonstrated presentation skills
*Strong experience in supply chain systems, data visualization, and client engagement.
*Proven ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
*Master's degree in a relevant field.
*Experience working on USAID-funded projects.
*Familiarity with GHSC-PSM systems and tools.
*Fluency in French or Portuguese is a plus.

The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $98,400 - $123,100.

An employee's pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.

Overtime exemption status may change due to state regulatory requirements.
