Job Title: HVAC Service Quality Coordinator

Location(s): Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used to establish and bill chiller connections to digital service platforms. This role performs detailed monitoring, inspection, and quality validation of submitted information and recommends corrective actions when discrepancies or deficiencies are identified.

In addition, the Coordinator manages the central review queue for all planned service agreement estimates and conducts factory-level reviews on a designated subset of service agreements scheduled to expire within the next 180 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, inspect, and validate information submitted to support chiller connections to digital services.
  • Identify inaccuracies or data gaps and propose corrective measures to ensure compliance and billing accuracy.
  • Manage and prioritize the central review queue for planned service agreement estimates.
  • Conduct factory reviews for selected service agreements expiring within 180 days, ensuring alignment with internal standards and commercial requirements.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation and tracking of review activities, corrections, and approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Familiarity with chiller systems, digital services connectivity, or service agreement workflows is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with workflow management tools and digital platforms.
