What You'll Do as a Parts Warranty Supervisor:

As the Parts Warranty Supervisor, you'll guide the warranty team in delivering precise claim submissions and exceptional support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Parts Warranty Department
• Ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately and within Caterpillar time requirements
• Lead onboarding, development, training, and workflow management for all warranty team members
• Work closely with parts supervisors, service supervisors, customers, and other dealers to resolve warranty questions and issues
• Oversee interpretation of job folders and the preparation and submission of Caterpillar warranty claims
• Manage "Send It Back" Cat parts returns and ensure proper processing and documentation
• Register new machine and engine warranty coverage and maintain accurate delivery records
• Monitor claim accuracy, timeliness, and departmental performance metrics
• Uphold compliance with Caterpillar warranty policies and Mustang Cat standards
• Foster a collaborative and customer-first culture within the warranty team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
• 3+ years of warranty-related experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
• Exemplary customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and urgency
• Proficiency with DBS, SIS, SIMSI, SIB, ADZ142, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
