An established professional services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Paralegal for a two-month project focused on reviewing, organizing, and consolidating contracts. These agreements involve law firms, financial institutions, and select investment banking clients for services such as document processing, proofreading, office services, hospitality, and creative design.

Key Responsibilities


  • Review a high volume of service contracts from law firms, financial institutions, and investment banking clients
  • Ensure contract terms are accurately captured, consistent, and compliant with internal standards
  • Identify discrepancies, missing elements, or required updates
  • Organize and categorize finalized agreements into a centralized and accessible location
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify contract details
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality



Qualifications


  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in contract review
  • Experience reviewing or processing service agreements, preferably within legal, financial, or corporate environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency with document management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
