The Opportunity

Adobe Systems Federal is seeking a Program Manager for the operational business requirements supporting software and services engagements in the national security community. The program manager will maintain internal processes and ensure the successful execution of program obligations. This role supports Adobe's work with national security customers and serves as a partner across Sales, Consulting, Support, Legal, Security, and leadership teams.

What you'll Do:

Program Lifecycle Management

  • Engagement tracking including period of performance, modifications, SKUs, security requirements, and deliverables. Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure proactive management

Security Program Management

  • Manage engagement-driven security operations including personnel vetting, facility security inspections, training requirements, and security audits

Sponsorship Management

  • Oversee personnel rosters and clearance sponsorships on contracts

Customer and Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting officers and their technical representatives, security teams, government sponsors, and other key external stakeholders

Sales and Business Support

  • Provide cross-functional support to sales executives related to contracts, including pre-sales activities, renewals, and project expansions

Program Operations and Reporting

  • Lead the preparation of quarterly reports, operational metrics, and leadership briefings. Deliver regular updates to internal leadership and external partners during program management reviews

Program Process improvement and Growth

  • Maintain and optimize processes to standardize engagement management, reporting, personnel onboarding, and tracking. Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer and stakeholder experiences.

What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years of related experience in government national security programs, project management, or business operations, supporting national security programs
  • Strong understanding of government programs, security requirements, and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and drive complex programs to successful outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
  • US Citizenship and ability to maintain a U.S. government TS/SCI clearance.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,700 -- $184,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
