Department: Facilities Reports to: Sr. Mgr, Facilities Maintenance & Capital Projects Direct Reports: None Location(s): AWPC - based in Milton, FL and 20% of travel to Broussard LA Coordinate and execute the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program utilizing the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all AWPC Infrastructure Assets. He/she will be responsible for troubleshooting facility, electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain all infrastructures assets via the preventative maintenance program overseeing the facilities maintenance team and providing direction to all contracted service providers. Will ensure that maintenance is performed as needed. Required to ensure that 24/7 support of critical operations off hours is provided. Plans, implements and administers environmental, health, and safety programs to meet regulatory requirements, industry standards and company goals.

Manage list of all assets for the TPM program. Support the creation of work instructions regarding the TPM tasks. Responsible for execution of TPM tasks, work-plans must include the necessary detail allocation, parts, and equipment availability, to ensure the most efficient execution of work. Follow up on all TPM work and update/refine the TPM programs with additional information as needed for continuous improvements. |

Perform commitments, in part, through the design and implementation of a comprehensive ISO Certified EHS management systems that represent best practices |

Performs "Hazard Assessments" of workplace environments, and recommend Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training, as appropriate |

Ensures an Emergency Action plan is in place, including performing drills on a periodic basis |

Maintains and updates all Safety Data Sheets in compliance with OSHA regulations, complete or verify accuracy and timely filing of Workers' Compensation injury reports, medical and indemnity payments, invoicing, OSHA 300 report, and related reports and records. Education
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training (electrical/mechanical) and basic construction knowledge is required |
Experience
Over 5 years' experience in maintenance planning, vendor relationship management, and/or supply chain. Project and Cost Management experience a plus. |
