Job Objective: Assist customers with their shopping needs. Check out customers when their shopping experience is completed. Perform management-level duties as assigned or in the absence of store management. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Experience: Experience with retail sales, ideally in a thrift store setting; management experience preferred. Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Duties: As assigned or in the absence of store management Physical Requirements: Includes sitting, climbing and/or balancing; stooping, kneeling, bending, stretching, crouching and/or crawling; standing; walking; manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; use of vision; pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying 75 pounds; both outdoor and indoor navigation of settings, and standing and/or walking up to 12 hours per day. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Travel: None Driving: Yes. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business.
