What to Expect

The position is for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform "hands on" tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility. They will be tasked with various duties including but not limited to: writing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, administrative duties, generating monthly reports and scheduling projects.


What You'll Do
  • Ensure an outstanding workplace experience by assisting in continuous monitoring of all facility spaces
  • Perform workplace task requests including reactive maintenance, coordinating with workplace Supervisor & Receptionist to complete daily tasks
  • Support event setup, staffing, cleanup and manage meeting coordination, conference room reservations, and set-up
  • Manage inventory audits, shipping, receiving, and maintain storage spaces for workplace items
  • Assist in project coordination across phases including start-up, documentation, close-out, and process improvement initiatives
  • Deliver high-level customer service to staff, vendors, partners, and guests while acting as the client interface when required
  • Prioritize workload, manage deadlines, handle administrative duties, and cover special projects or other coordinators as needed

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in high-volume manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive "can-do" mentality
  • Flexibility to work weekends/nights as needed and adapt to project-based demands or urgent tasks
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with leadership qualities, teamwork mindset, and ability to manage multi-tasking projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and project oversight from initiation to close-out
  • High professionalism, urgency, and willingness to take on Workplace/Facility tasks beyond core responsibilities
