Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care Medical Surgical Unit V for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's preferred
• Current New Jersey RN Licensure
• BLS required. (American Heart Association)
• Progressive leadership is required

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full Time 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

• Accountability and supervision for staff that includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries for the new 5N Intermediate Care Unit who will lead our team in delivering exceptional, age-appropriate patient care,
• Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
• An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ New Brunswick
• Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
• This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
