The Quality Engineer I supports product and process quality across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain activities. This role performs hands-on quality tasks including inspections, nonconformance documentation, basic root cause analysis, and compliance to AS9100, NAVSEA, and customer requirements. Working under the guidance of senior quality engineers, the QE I helps drive continuous improvement, supports MRB activities, analyzes quality data, and ensures products meet technical and contractual specifications. This is an entry-level engineering position requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a regulated defense-manufacturing environment.Nationality Requirements Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers. The Quality Engineer II (QE II) is an early-career engineering professional responsible for providing quality engineering support across assigned products, processes, and suppliers. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to support compliance, improve processes, and drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop as a technical quality professional within a regulated defense-industry environment.
