General Summary The Assistant Electrical HTT Technician assists in performing Heat treatment for the use of heating or chilling, normally to extreme temperatures, to achieve a desired result such as hardening or softening of a material. This position assists with heat treatment jobs on a variety of components in the refining, petrochemical, power and construction industries. Also assists with various heat treatment jobs ranging from small to medium size electrical projects and may include other Heat Treat Methods. This position provides assistance to senior technicians in the performance of Heat Treat Services to a diverse client base. Essential Job Functions

Additional Job Description Anticipated compensation for this role is $41,600 - $47,840 per year plus benefits. Note: Disclosure as required by HB3129 of the pay range for the role when being hired into our locations in Illinois. Team reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and geography.
