The Graduate School Department is seeking Graduate Communications Manager to join the already awesome team taking the Graduate School Department to the next level of excellence! This role will also manage internal communications to students, faculty and staff, including marketing of professional development activities, newsletters etc. The role will work collaboratively with University's office of Public Relations and Marketing Communications, the individual college communication managers to ensure that messaging is consistent across all platforms. Examples of duties include: - Manage the centralized graduate student journey email campaigns and content calendars for prospects, applicants and admitted students - Write and design compelling content for external communications, including email marketing, social media, and storytelling - Setup and test emails prior to deployment on the CRM to ensure messages are sent in proper form and to the correct audience - Write and design compelling content for internal communications, including a monthly newsletter, digital signage, and printing pieces to increase awareness of workshops and other events - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all communication campaigns, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities. Maintain formal process to update and share findings internally and with key external stakeholders - In collaboration with the office of Public Relations and Marketing Communications, update and maintain the Graduate website -Promote Graduate School on social media platforms Disclaimer : This job requisition provides a high-level job definition. :
Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. Preferred Hiring Qualifications: Minimum of two years' experience working with marketing communication plans; use of analytics and related dashboards; excellent writer and storyteller; experience communicating with multiple audiences. CRM experience and university or nonprofit experience is also preferred. College/Business Unit
