Inventories and orders food and supplies following menus. Ensures tasks are completed when manager is not available. Directs the efforts of others. Position Details: Qualifications: Experience: 90 days experience in hospital food service. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certifications: NWA: ServSafe Food Handler Certificate (or State equivalent) within 90 days of hire. Other: Good communication skills required. Must be able to multi-task several duties at once and possess ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy. Why Mercy?
