Description

The Senior Decision Support Analyst role assists in the development, maintenance and advancement of the decision support systems which include revenue/contract analytics, financial decision support and cost accounting. This role serves as an expert resource for net revenue calculations as well as supporting the revenue integrity functions for the system. This position supports all analytics used in payor contract negotiations, strategic decisions and or operational improvement projects.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
  2. License/Certifications: CHFP and/or other relevant certifications preferred.
  3. Experience: Five years of financial analytics experience required. Three years of experience in healthcare required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
