Incentives & Benefits: $13,000 Sign-On Bonus $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Grads Stay Premium Program - Up to $8/hr extra based on Mercy service Loan Forgiveness - Up to $20,000 for new grads Tuition Reimbursement - $2,000/year Education Assistance Day-One Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Generous PTO/Vacation Time Employer-Matched Retirement Plan Shift Differentials Weekend Option Pay - $20/hr (RNs) About the Cardiac Telemetry Unit Join our fast-paced, 35-bed unit caring for patients with: STEMI & Post-Cardiac Catheterization CHF & Arrhythmia Management Blood Pressure & Stroke Care Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 Support from dedicated Patient Care Associates We foster communication, accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited RN program Active RN license in Missouri or Compact State and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged standing and walking Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching Certifications Required: BLS (within 30 days of hire if not current) ACLS Unit-specific certifications (may be obtained after hire) Why Mercy?
