They are responsible for managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance. Position Details: Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of healthcare or supervisory experience. Previous healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred, as well as experience in a surgical clinic. Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelors degree. Certifications:None. Other: Knowledge of managed care billing practices preferred. EPIC experience preferred. Why Mercy?
