Position Summary The GIS Technical Specialist will be the technical steward for nonasset Enterprise GIS data ensuring standards, lineage, and quality are consistently applied so these datasets serve as a single source of truth across the business. The position will support contractordelivered data migrations endtoend: authoring mapping and transformation rules, defining QA/QC and acceptance criteria, validating loads, and driving defect resolution for each migration wave. Partnering with product, IT, and functional stakeholders, the position will operationalize data governance, set data standards, and ensure migrated datasets are performant, compliant, and ready for enterprise use in analytics and reporting, planning and design, and operations. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland, CA approximately 1 - 3 days per week, or more, based on business needs. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.The decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
