Primary Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques and in coordination with other members of the health care team. Evaluate the patient's functional status and all body systems as required for CMS documentation; consult with the physician to develop the therapy plan of care. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to the nurse supervisor and physician. Conduct patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. What You Can Expect:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
