Position Purpose

The Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager, will support the Card Operations team on the successful execution of the strategy set forth for the Bank's OpenSky Credit Card division. This position will be exposed to many facets of Card Operations including coordinating mail pickups and distribution, and account research.

Position Responsibilities



  • Coordinate the daily operations of mail inventory (pick-up, sorting, organizing, distributing)
  • Assist with e-Oscar credit disputes and block notifications as necessary;
  • Handle a variety of routine and non-routine functions to support various OpenSky areas and/or vendors;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Education & Experience



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and car
  • Must be insured at all times


Technical Knowledge and Skills



  • Self-driven and detail oriented
  • Experience with prioritization of competing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work successfully with wide variety of people in a team environment
  • Ability to solve problems and use sound judgement
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


Other



  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • This role is a part time role in our Reston, VA branch location.


Compensation



  • Base Salary Range: $20.58 - $25.73 hourly. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, geographic location, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
