The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $48,000 - $62,300 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

The Retail Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing detailed tasks for multiple store-related construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and maintaining brand standards. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to process orders, track deliveries, manage budgets, and provide consistent communication to stakeholders. Independent problem-solving, communication, and strong organizational skills are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and execute tasks for multiple store construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers to prepare cost estimates, process orders, and manage invoicing for company and dealer stores.
  • Track deliveries and communicate with dealers, field personnel, and contractors regarding component availability, costs, and shipping issues.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal departments to maintain inventory levels and prevent store opening delays.
  • Maintain accurate project files and provide regular updates to stakeholders through verbal, written, and system-generated communication.
  • Monitor and track financial aspects of projects, including capital expenditure requests and reimbursement disbursements.
  • Manage project management software and reporting tools to ensure accurate data and budget control.
  • Coordinate international shipments, including ordering, consolidating, crating, and freight logistics.
  • Assist with facilities management issues for company stores as needed.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, or construction-related roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills under deadline conditions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to learn new project management software.
  • Independent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail/commercial construction and facilities management preferred.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking for multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality standards.
  • Ability to constructively challenge processes and identify improvements.
  • Results-oriented mindset with accountability for commitments and outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Hyflex: Time is split between in office and remote work
  • Travel: Openness to travel for vendor meetings or retail store visits up to 4 times per year.
